Terms of Service

These terms govern purchases and use of software sold by Baha Digital on this site. Placing an order means you accept these terms.

Products

We sell software products: WordPress plugins, desktop and mobile applications, SaaS subscriptions, licensed downloads, and custom software builds. Each product page states how the product is delivered — assisted COD confirmation, online payment with instant provisioning, or license delivery to your account.

Ordering and COD confirmation

• Cash-on-delivery (COD) orders are confirmed by phone before delivery or activation. Keep your phone reachable; unconfirmed orders may be cancelled.
• Online payment orders are provisioned automatically after the payment succeeds.
• We may refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent or that cannot be confirmed.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Algerian dinars (DZD) unless stated otherwise. For COD orders, the total (including any delivery fee) is payable on delivery. For online payments, the supported payment methods are shown at checkout.

Licenses, accounts, and activation

• Licensed products are provided with a license key, an account, or both, according to the product configuration and plan you bought.
• Licenses are personal to the buyer and limited to the activation count of the purchased plan. Sharing, reselling, or redistributing license keys is not allowed.
• Subscription plans renew and expire according to the plan shown at purchase; access may be suspended when a renewal payment fails.
• Your software, downloads, releases, and license details stay available in the My Software area of your account.

Delivery and support

Digital products are delivered by email and through your account after payment or confirmation. Support for installation, activation, orders, and access problems is available through the support page.

Refunds

Because software can be copied, activated license keys and provisioned accounts are generally not refundable once delivered, except where the product is defective and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time. Contact support before disputing any charge — most problems are solved quickly.

Custom software

Custom builds are scoped in a written brief before work starts. The brief defines deliverables, timeline, payment schedule, and ownership of the delivered work.

Liability

Products are provided as described on their product pages. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Algeria. Disputes are handled by the competent Algerian courts after a good-faith attempt to resolve the issue through support.
